We’re thrilled to announce that as of Tuesday 1st April 2025 Dartmoor Zoo will be moving over to ‘Annual Passes’ where you pay once and can visit free for the rest of the year!
All current memberships will be honoured until their expiry date and all discounts associated with your membership, such as free Zooluminate admission and discounts in our restaurant or shop, will still be available to you, even if your expiry is dated after the Annual Passes go live in April 2025!
Please note, any existing direct debits set up from December onwards will be cancelled accordingly, so memberships will not automatically renew.
If you purchased a Mini Membership – these will automatically expire on 31/03/2025.

Why are we doing this?
During this current economic climate, we appreciate that everyone is feeling the pinch!
Our new Annual Pass will allow you to visit the Zoo as many times as you like within 12 months, for no extra cost!
As part of our new Annual Pass, we will also be able to claim back Gift Aid relief on your behalf. This is not something we are able to do with our current memberships. There is no additional cost to you but the government will give us an extra 25p for every £1 spent which will be of huge benefit to our charity!
